Convert Site From HTML to PHP and Optimize For Fastest Load (APC zendoptimizer)

I have a long sales letter that is graphics intense. I need it to load as fast as possible. It is HTML based (even has some errors) I've been told that converting to PHP will help and then sqeezing the page. APC? zendoptimizer - I can't break up the page it needs to look the same way it does right now. It is hosted on my dedicated server with a dual core and plenty of ram. YSlow gave me a "D" rating. I know that a big, graphics rich page will take longer to load, but I need it maximized as much as technilogically possible with the most up-to-date skills and techniques. If you have other ideas besides php etc, I'm all ears. I just need it to load as fast as possible without changing the layout or look as that has been tested scientifically to work best for me. I have optimized my graphics as much as I can wthout them looking terrible. This is an urgent project. If you can't get to it in a few days, please don't bid. I need it to be error-free, as fast as possible using any current technology available. My server is php ready if that is the way to go. Then all I would have to do is call? rackspace up and have them add the APC module etc. or any that you recommend.? I am looking for someone creative? with up-to-date skills on page squeezing and optimizing for the fastest possible load time considering the content and length of the page.? Since I use rackspace, I can work with them to install any additional modules that might need to be installed in order to maximize it beyond just the coding.? I also have google and yahoo tracking code that needs to remain functional. I will also be adding MSN tracking script later as well.
