Cloning website + modifications in this same website

Need an experienced coder to: - clone an existing website: I have the files and the database and need the coder to install in another server where coder will make modifications - Once this is cloned, do some minor changes (add banner, correct page to be properly seen from Ipad, increase space to write details of the product, organize the product in a different way...) - Install GTranslate extension all details and my full cooperation to well rated coders. regards
