Change Interface of Web-Page

Hi . I need to redesign an web based application interface. I need to convert a html / php generated page into a ajax interface. I am dealing with open source applications. So I already know the interface that I want. I can provide the complete source code for both applications. I just need the HTML one to look like the Ajax one. Thanks in advance.
