CONSIGNMENT STORE WEBSITE - ECOMMERCE

I need an ecommerce solution for a consignment store. Customers will bring me goods to sell, I will take pictures and upload them on my [login to view URL] website and on CL. We will need watch lists and potential customers will automatically be notified when price reductions happen. Sellers will also be notified automatically when an item sells. When an item sells I keep part of the selling price as commission (buyers will need do their own secure shopping cart check out) and we will send the difference to the sellers paypal account. Ideally the programmer will have a working knowledge of accounting software so that processing secure payments form buyers and to sellers will be simplified. Please bid fairly.
