CMS for simple text editing

I have a publisher affiliate site that needs a back end CMS added to it. The existing CMS is very fickle and has had problems loading text or pictures correctly for the past 2 months. The site is [login to view URL] The site has a homepage and 5 inner pages. I need a CMS that can: add/edit text to all 5 pages Add pictures to all the pages Add hyperlinks to text or pictures. Perform all the regular functions of a text editor including--size, font, color, italics, bold, alignment, bullets, etc. The CMS should be able to be accessed and function on any web browser I NEED THE CMS TO WORK 100% OF THE TIME--NO BUGS!!!! I have had a lot of difficulty with my existing CMS and the web programmer I was using was unable to fix the CMS. I need something that will work all the time.
