Animated counter

I would like a small animated counter created for placement on web pages. 1. The counter will be small 2. The counter will be counting towards an end number (I will provide that number) 3. I would like the counter to emulate a real time sporadic count not just a steady scroll of the numbers. 4. The entire image must be an html link Should be fairly easy to create. I will provide the image to be used as a background.
