A cgi / perl (or other) script that can be put on a web site to process and make small changes to a PDF file on the fly. It should work this way:
On a normal web page there is a web form with few text boxes waiting for users to input such as:
My name:______
My Email: ______
My Webpage:_______
After that user click on "Submit" button and then able to be directed to download a PDF file that brands those information just entered on the web form on a portion of the first page of the PDF file.
For example, I have a PDF file called [login to view URL] on my web account, with a blank space on the first page of the file. After user filled out and submited the web form, it will create a new PDF file on the fly for user to download. The new PDF file called [login to view URL] will have the space in first page filled with the user's name, email, webpages etc (same information captured through the web form).
In a word, it will dynamically generate a new PDF file with some customized information.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
