Convert Existing Perl App to Delphi

Create a Delphi 5 PC version of an existing Perl Application that currently runs on a server. The current application essentially checks some text heuristically for words and phrases, like a spelling checker. The same rules and heuritics will be used, just in a different language and interface. More info is in the zip file. Do not bid unless you are willing to respect non-disclosure of details. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Run on all versions of Windows TESTED! ## Deadline information Use Topaz for DB - I will provide that.
