Chatroom Needed Immediately

I need a java chatroom that will replace the one I currently use. Please note the following: **a) I am only interested in chatrooms that already exist and need slight modifications. Please supply demos in your bid. b) Need a high quality site. c) No canned bids. d) Please describe in your bid what you will deliver.** General * Hooked up to my membership Database on SQL * Ability for the admin to create chatrooms (do not need user created chatrooms) * Internet Based for a membership site * no client downloads of chatroom software * not based on IRC * should be a popup window * must do 2 installs - one for my current site and one for the next release of the current site.
