Affiliate network clone

Need an Affiliate Network script similar to :

Affiliate network means that both advertisers and affiliates can sign up. Admin manages both groups. I do NOT want single advertiser affiliate program!

All pages must be parsed from templates for ease of design configuration.

Use PHP/MySQL. Must allow the following:

A) For the Advertiser

* Password protected Advertisers area

* Multiple product campaigns

* Select from affiliate types PPC, PPS (flat rate or percent of sale), PPL

* View detailed reports (clicks per day, sales, etc.)

* Reject or cancel affiliate

B) For the Affiliate

* Password protected Affiliate area

* Join multiple affiliate programs within the network

* Drop affiliate programs from the join list

* Stats area with earnings report

* Short linking URLs

C) For the Admin

Password protected Admin area

* Charge advertisers setup fee plus monthly charges

* "Bank" advertiser deposits for payment to affiliates

* PayPal integration for receipt and distribution of payments

* Anti-cheat features

* Member Ban

* IP Ban

* Temporary/Permanent Advertiser Account suspension

Should be ready made script (php + mysql). Bug free. Easy to install. I will not need any other work. Only some help with installation if necessary.
