comunity portal

I wanna build a comunity portal, i have seen a couple (php fox etc .) but iam thinkin to have it custom made ,iwant a free lancer who can advise me on this , and i will consider who already has done some thing like this before and has a demo to provide me instantly..i woudnt mind juss a replica of ur work with add on of my required features..i already have a domain name and webhosting...i will let u know the features upon contact, so plz let me know ur email..or mode of contact...and plz serious inquires only (no auto responder)..add this (this is real) when u reply...money will be transfered via pay pal upon installation of website...thankyou...
