Craigslist Auto Poster

Hello Programmers, I am looking for an automated program that will post my listings in the 'Small Biz Ads' section of [login to view URL] I would like to post in all major cities within each state. So I am thinking about 100-150 of the major locations. (If I could post in ALL locations that would be even better) I would like to do the postings every 1-3 days. What is recommended amount of time to wait before putting out duplicate postings? Should I change the postings a little bit each time? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Please provide me with demos of your automated poster if possible. *** I am also looking for a Craigslist Email Extractor if possible. I would like to extract as many 'REAL' email addresses from Craigslist as possible.*** Thanks, BCBC
