Company Database Intranet

Our company has four departments, all of whom need to capture, record, and query data regarding employee's, trainees and clients. There will also be some interrogation and display of information from various public websites. The system we require is to be accessible from multiple machines across the business, that run different OS's (currently Windows and Mac OSX). I'm therefore proposing an intranet based SQL-type database with an html interface. A proposed product must be demonstrated as working on line, testable by us, prior to completion. Upon completion, the finished database and intranet site must be available for us to download and install. There will be regular scheduled additions and amendments to the database, so we are looking for a long-term outsource partner to be able to supply long term service. Attached is the 'look and feel' of the front end, which should give you a good idea of what's required both in the interface and database. If unsure of anything, please ask. Thanks
