CLONE OF VIDEO DOWNLOADER SCRIPT LIKE YOUTUBEX.COM

Hey I need a clone of the website [login to view URL] . The main purpose is to allow visitors to enter url of a youtube, google video, or ifilm video and be able to download a copy of it. Not sure of the requirements on the server side to run this script so please ask if I have a certain module, etc. installed so I can tell if script will work. I would like to see a demo if possible, this helps me gain confidence and bidder and choose more quickly.
