Adial Payment API installation

We got auction website and need a payment provider extra on the site. Also the layout needs to be be more professional than just the text only we got now. We got 2 API's available from different provider, but one is my favourite, because from there you can use multiple payment selections and they both got English explanation. Also got an working version available on one of my other website, so perhaps we might use some of that as a reference (must say its few years old now) So please only bid if you have installed Dutch Payment option before We got more work in this site if you know cakephp
