Develop Custom Real Estate Admin Panel (CMS) And Front End Site

Hello, Im looking for professional and dedicated team who can develop an unique real estate website with a unique admin panel (cms). The site will be in 4 different languages (hebrew, english, French, Russian) ( I think its better to use something like drupal which is an open source and already support all those languange and it can ease the process of translationing) The Front end site will work this way: Welcome page will have two big flags in center for USA and Israel, once clicked on one of the flags a list of countries/cities opens up and after clicking on one of the countries/cities youll get the home page. The front end site must be fully working with the cms which should function exactly like in the screens attached here. For all developers please make sure you check all the screens and specs before you bid. The site must be fully funcioning with backend and frontend.
