autopost to wordpress from magento

i want to be able to automate posts periodicly to a wordpress feeder site from my magento, i want the posts to be random, they also need to be logged so that duplicate posts are not made and there needs to be an option to define where the products are pulled from: best sellers, from a category id, etc.
the wordpress site will also need to be set up, but no intergration needs to be done with the magento site! just need a way to pull and push the data into wordpress and create a post, which should also include links back to the magento site!
