A Good PHP/JS Dev for Wordpress Plugin Customizations

I am looking for a good PHP developer, with Javascript skills as well, to work on a project adding new features to several existing Wordpress plugins for a client's customized Wordpress-based site. You must be very familiar with Wordpress, and writing plugins for it.

The project details and requirements are still being worked out, so this will be done as an hourly project. You MUST use time tracking software, either Freelancer's time-tracking software or [login to view URL] (with a user under my account). Choose which option you prefer.

You must also be familiar working with a version control system, such as subversion/git/mercurial. We will be using version control for this project.
