Custom Flash Video Skin and Logo Creation

I would like to have a custom flash video skin created for my site. The site will be a hip hop video aggregator similar to this site [login to view URL] If you look at the larger videos on the page here [login to view URL] and also the actual video player on the video page here [login to view URL] you will notice that there is an animated flash image on the player. I will require an animated flash image as well which I already have an idea of how I would like it to look. I am pretty sure that JW player will need to be used for this task BTW. The design for my site is done already so I simply need the flash video player to plug into it. If you need more info on the project feel free to ask. Thanks.
