i am using asterisk and mysql (mainly geeklog from [login to view URL]). I would like the following to occur:
1. Create an IVR system that comprises of 4 top level menus.
2. I would like to have the sub menus that come down from #1 to have the following abilities/examples/options: outgoing messages, polls, and voicemails messages boxes.
3. Another key thing is : authentication and user which should be inputed into the mysql db in realtime, at i mean is:
THe IVR gets the user's phone # off of callerid, ask them if this is the number that they wish to use for the session., if so ,ask them to enter a password. Once info is entered, you will need to verify that info with the info in the geeklog database (ex. the username/password *there is a gottcha here --the username is really an email address, with the first part of the email address as the person's phone number ...you will have to match the "name" part of the login id with the persons phone # they are calling from or about and then you will have to match the password..which i believe is in md5 format (you will need to check how geeklog stores it). If the login info is incorrect, you will need to prompt the user an additional 2 times. Once verified, I need to have the ability to add as many questions/polls to the user as i can (make a template that I can add and remove questionaires from). I need to be able to store the questionaire info into a mysql table in realtime as it happens.
4. I need a good log of each person that called and if they were successful or not and at what times they logged in. --security log--very important.
