apache and ajax search problems

Need fix to the apache that crashing few times a day, the site wont load sometimes, sometimes it will load but the search wont work, might be connected to the site search(youtube API + saving some data in the SQL. This is for a good client of mine, so I need company\programmer that I can trust. The system includes Directadmin and debian. The fix should be for the apache + search. should work perfectly and fast. Payment will be through PP after it`s done(probably will take 1-3 businesses days to transfer the money), Budget for full fix, around 80$, depends if the problems is minor or it is something bigger. Skype\MSN + mail are mandatory.
