Desktop Video Upload software

I need a desktop based video upload software that my customers can download. ? The video files will need to be sent to a folder that I specify on my site. ? ## Deliverables Additional things: The desktop uploader will need to handle any file size. ? It will be used for all types of video formats. It will need to have a form that each person fills out when uploading a specific video. ? Each video will need it's own form. ? The form will also need to be sent to a specific folder I specify for my website. Customers also need to be able to select multiple videos.
