This real estate site use java, php and a cgi commercial script, which I have the license for. It could be cloned at 80%, 90% or whatever! If you have better ideas, suggestions to make it better, I am all ears! I will keep an open mind regarding how you intend to clone this, I mean which tools you will use: php, a template system, css or whatever! However, this cgi script will be adapted to php/mysql in the very near future, I think it's better to keep that in mind! The reason I want to keep working with this cgi script is that the company behind this is a rock solid one with offer an outstanding support. I am feeling unconfortable to eventually use another real estate php script because I am not sure of the kind of support I woukd get. If you can prove me that you have an excellent customer record maybe I will consider switching to a real estate php script! The real estate script, I repeat and insist on it, is a cgi script. So some parts, sniplets of the cgi script will have to be incorporated, other than that, you will be able to use any tools you feel confortable with.
