I am currently looking for a extremely talented programmer to take on a CRM project over the next few months. This candidate would be preferably located in the US and has established him/her self with prior completed projects. As this will be web based, web languages will be needed as well as back end server scripting. Project will involve the design and creation of a custom CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. The end product will be running on multiple servers and will need to be capable of handling hundreds of simultaneous users, all with speed and reliability.
## Deliverables
Complexity: Looking for similar functionality as found in SugarCRM, (the non open source once), except with more capable reporting features and more intuitive feature spec. A complexity level between SugarCRM and [login to view URL] would offer the most flexibility when it comes to reporting ability and analytics. Financial: I would like to add a financial reporting module (accounts receivable, payable, billing, etc) Although in depth, im not looking for a full service all the bells and whistles reporting engine. Reporting: Looking for rather in depth reports, generated on the fly and exportable in multiple formats (such as word and excel). An intimate understanding of CRM is required to be able to come up with accurate and effective reports. As for the graphics, I like the idea of vector graphics, perhaps adobe's SVG, which allows for on the fly manipulation of them. Security: Would like to implement a timed security access system. This is one where a key is stored on a card and is in the possession of the user. To access the site, a user enters his username and password plus the number generated by the key. This key must be in the procession of the person logging in to access site material. Business logic engine, one capable of accepting custom business rules, completely flexible. Back end management of system to run all accounts, processes, setup demos, etc. Standard e-commerce functionality with merchant account integration. Detailed documentation Skills associated with past usability design would be preferred. Again, as this is just an overview look of the features, we would need to start nailing them down more specifically, which in part is dependant on programmers ability. If your flexible in your remuneration schemes, id like to hear from you. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
