We are currently running PerlBill and have used rentacoder and other developers to customize the system for out company. This includes automated pdf invoice generation etc. There are currently a few minor problems with the support side of the system. The main one being when we update a customers support request they do not recieve an email advising of an update. On the billing side, our monthly invoicing does not seem to carbon copy our billing email address so we are unsure as to if the customers are recieving the invoice. The reminders and final notices are being sent, however they are not being carbon copied to our billing address - we require this as we need some way of tracking money owed to us! Ideally a daily report to email? We may need to customise these reminders slightly, however we are unsure as to whats actually been sent! Finally, there seems to be an issue with the system showing failed invoices, we are unsure as to why and would like to be advised.
