Develop an online Competition Component for Joomla 2.5

1. Bidders must be able to upload their online competition details. (Normal Upload Form to email should be sufficient for now) 2. Only registered users can compete with one entry per competition per user name. 3. Competitions have 3 x deadlines: daily, weekly or monthly and must automatically expire. 4. Competitions must be geographical searchable with dynamic filtered drop down boxes. (Maps not required) 5. Once a Competition URL is hit the bidders advertising image must show with the relevant question and answer. 6. Click counter to bidders URL 7. Winners must be highlighted either on the Joomla Backend or Email to relevant administrators. 8. Same winning answers must be randomly selected to indicate 1 x winner per competition
