Customizing Joomla - Video Streaming - Adding free plugins. - repost

Dear Sirs, We would like you to fix some issue on our Joomla website, hence the requested Joomla plugins/fixing task list is: - Latest JCE version ( able to be translated to Arabic ). - Friendly add video from YouTube or uploading it through admins computer's. - Customizing the layout of out website ( changing blocks / clear the spaces between each block ). - We did upgrade the Joomla to latest version of 1.5, hence we need you to verified that and also clear any useless codes/files from our website. - Fix the background issue on our Free control panel ( RocketTheme ), where it's being now white background, was black and gray background and now conflicts to white. - We have upstream server in our office, we need to connect it to our website (Video-Streaming), everything is ready and was connected very well, but now not working, we need you to check it out and let us know if there any issue and connect it back to our website. Please let me know how long it's going to take for completing this tasks, as we are looking for expert on Joomla only! Thanks.
