Convert Joomla 1.5 virtuemart template to Joomla 2.5 vm 2

You will be provided with an existing VirtueMart template written for Joomal 1.5. You are to convert the template to a Joomla 2.5 / Virtuemart 2.0 template. You will receive the full installation package for the template that includes sample data. Finished project will include the full installation package including sample data, able to be unzipped into a J2.5 / VM 2.0 site. This should not cost more than $ 50-65 usd, however if you believe it is worth more, provide a reason why along with your bid price.
