A script that do a Mysql query (every 45 minutes) based on data RSS feeds

RESUME: I need a script (that has to be run by a cron job every 45 minutes) that look for RSS feed from a list (a file in the server that will have a list of RSS feeds), get its new items, check if they are already added to the database and if not add them filling all the values of a database table (using some data from the RSS item, some predefined values and some random values, here [login to view URL] says what the script will have tu put to complete the database table). DETAIL: I need a script (that has to be run by a cron job every 45 minutes) that looks in a file on the server that will list some RSS feeds, the RSS list (in a file) will be like this: 1) [login to view URL], category=1, votes=1,20, karma=1, 45 2) [login to view URL], category=3, votes =1,34, karma=5, 35 3) [login to view URL] , category=5, votes =1,24, karma=1, 25 (is important that the script looks in the file because I will add/delete more RSS feeds on the future, you can change the list format if you need to) The script will have to enter to each of this RSS feeds, see if there is any new item (from the last time the script was run) and if it is get the item link, search in a server database to see if that link was already added to the database and if it wasn´t do a query to add it to the database, to do this query it has to use some data from the RSS element, some predefined values and some random values. You can see here [login to view URL] the table format and what the script has to put on it to make the query and add the element to the database. This function ( checking if the link was added to the database and if not add it) has to be done with each new item of each RSS feed. If the RSS item has any [CDATA[ values or some[ on their link, description or title, they have to be deleted before adding them to the database (I mean if the title is “[CDATA[El Palacio Colón cumple un siglo en un rincón olvidado de la Ciudad Vieja]]” the title added to the database has to be “El Palacio Colón cumple un siglo en un rincón olvidado de la Ciudad Vieja”
