action script / xml project.

we are seeking an advanced flash developer who has knowledge in action script, in xml sockets and flash GUI work. this is a already written communication code for an instant messenger in flash, all the code is pretty much there and done, we will need to do the following : 1) upgrade the protocol. 2) make a nice interface (has 3 parts). 3) test and so on. Please only version serious developers in flash, i have tried with a regular flash developer and it did not work, you must be a developer in flash and an OK designer, i will buy any components needed to make the GUI much easier to make. i look forward to working with you. thank you ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
