A Few Wordpress Theme Tasks

I have a website nearly finished but there a few items still left to be done. Here are the tasks: 1. The <!-- more --> tag is not working for posts on the home page. It creates a 'read more' link on the post but when clicked, it loads the single post as an excerpt instead of full content. 2. Fix the Twitter, Facebook, and Linkedin buttons to display the correct number. Right now it looks like Twitter isn't updating at all and Facebook shows 7 for every post on the home page. The single posts pages are the same. 3. I need a different footer to display (separate widgets) for the blog template page and single posts with a category of "Personal Blog".
