Dating/Social network site software/online system developed

I want to sell a competing product to skadate, dating pro, osdate, boonex, Wazzum, chameleon, aspnetdating, webdate, etc. I know all these products so this can’t be one of theirs or any other system with slight edits. What I want is a product like skadate 8 at the end of this project. A system I can sell as a product just like skadate I want full exclusive right, copyrighted and protected from sale by you or anyone else. You must sign something stating you will comply with this before I hand over any money to start this project. I want a way to track who is using the system and away to shut it down from my end at any time. This will require encrypting the [login to view URL] file using ioncube or a similar encryter, creating a link to my server to access their unique code to validate the authenticity of the system to be used on their server. I will of course need an unencrypted version of the entire site. Each sale will be given a license identification composed of numbers and letters, this is the code that will link back to my server to authorize the program to run on their site. The license will be inputted on the system through the admin panel. That license authorizes the use of the program on that particular website and only that website. If the license is not valid the sites homepage will not work, a link to my site advising them to buy a license to run the program will appear in place of their homepage This product will be called "DateDev" and I will be using it for all my new site builds. I want it to use a smartyPHP template system so we can build templates that will integrate with it later. I want three templates setup initially with this project. I will provide them in html format with .css, html. .psd (Photoshop), images and anything else you might need to develop them. After this is completed I will be looking to you to develop new templates for the system. Please send me your final price in a formal proposal. I also want to be able to change the design via a template based system so I can use this site on other sites by just changing the template from an admin control panel.
