Cytality File Hosting Service

Cytality should have the complete functionality of other file hosting services, i.e. see [login to view URL], [login to view URL], Hotfile.com. We specialize in hosting all files, not just images. The site's functionality needs to be divided by 3 account types: Guest, Registered and Paid. Guest accounts don't require account log in to do limited upload, registered accounts are free but give the user access to more features of the site, and paid (premium) accounts unlock full access to site features. Users need to be able to upload files via basic form upload, Flash upload and URL/FTP upload. This should all be controllable from the admin panel. All features of the site need to be controllable from the admin panel, and the packages (account types) and their functionality need to be controllable from the admin panel. Advertising is big thing for us, so I should be able to easily implement Google AdSense ads, and even custom ads, as I see fit from the admin panel. But the ads will require the functionality to be disabled for certain account types. In a nutshell, picture RapidShare.com... only better.
