Customer Training Portal Database Updates

We had a vendor that started creating this portal for us, but in the end did not finished and we still have many issues that we are dealing with. The second vendor we had didn't do any work in a month. We are looking for for someone who will take the project and be able to do it within a reasonable timeframe. We would like someone to be able to finish the database requirements. The person should also be able to continually update and help us development the portal throughout the year in other projects. We would also like to redesign a few components to make everything more user friendly. There are some other components that we would like to consider depending on the pricing: 1. Self register & buy programs through paypal (The system would automatically assign modules) 2. Resign of menu 3. Added social media features
