Custom codeigniter POS for mobile repair shop

We use a POS (point of sale) web application in our mobile shop and we need a new module for receipt repair jobs from our clients.

The POS application is "Advanced stock manager + POS add-on" based on Codeigniter script.

The module have to be build with two parts "Check In Repair job" and "Repair interface"

- First part :The Check in

The "check in" give a way to add a new repair job for technicians from a seller. The "check in" is like a new form with customer details, phone details and problem details.

When the seller validate the forms , the Check in print a claim ticket for the client and a label with barcode for the phone.

- Second part : The Repair interface

When a technician receiving a phone to repair, he can scan the label stick with the barcode for enter in the "repair interface".

In the "repair interface" the technician can see the description of the problem and customer details.

The technician can add new item from the stock (parts for repair the phone from the stock) like a cart for the repair job. He also can add a labor jobs.

When the technician finish the repair he can change the status of the repair job like "repared"

For finish, when the seller give back the phone to the customer, he can scan the label of the phone in the pos and invoice the customer with price correspondent to the price of the repair cart.

Of course i will give you a full description of all (field, all fonctions needed and drawing...). The repair interface will be in fact the POS module but with customer, problems description and fonctions that need for repair.

The Job will be cool when you will received the complete specification documentation of the module !
