Custom Survey and Analysis Script

I require a coder to make a single page ajax type survey (I will provide the questions and answer types and layout, etc)....it is a comprehensive survey ;) and then code up a script that allows visitors of the site to run queries on the database for their own analysis. So instead of the site presenting a summary of the overall results of survey responses I require site visitors to be able to, for example, query what % of respondants were male, over 40, from Australia, with Blue eyes. There are LOTS of possible queries combinations and I am guessing that this will require some clever coding and advanced logic.
