Cron job needed to restore database to default setting and other mods

I need to set up a cron job for a booking script to restore the datebase file to the dafault settings every 2 hours. On the admin panel it has to have a live counter (remaining time before reseting) and the number of people viewing the demo. Change the the language flag for every input box to only one flag for each language and when clicking on the respective flag it should change the language for all input field, that way the backend user doesn't have to change in in every field. Add bookings page content to the dashboard.
