Create joomla site from html's provided

Need to create a website from htmls files we already have. Must configure our property component to look exactly like our examples. Also must create all modules that are in our html files in joomla. TO DO - Create top menu to work with joomla - Bottom menu to work with joomla - Property pages styling to be like my html’s - Property search module to look like ours - All forms to be created using RSforms pro - Add all content from html’s into article manager - Testimonials section with pagination to be easy for client to add in consistent style - Images to use modal/lightbox effect where i specify - Add “share this” functionality to certain pages or categories
