We have a freshly converted HTML5/CSS3 fluid layout web page that now needs jQuery components implemented. There are four components. The attached document describes the components and identifies the priority. The components include a steaming ticker, sliding navigation menu, sliding panel and a pageslide. All are described in the attached document. They must all be completed on schedule and they must maintain the integrity of the fluid/responsive layout.

We want a reliable developer that does quality work in a timely manner.
