Create or Alter code to reservation process pages. Fix pdf files (6)

I have a reservations system that requires either new code to be written or existing code to be altered. The process will involve calculating some charges presented to the user if it exists in the database, totaling it up and transferring it to the next page in the process. Once it has been captured the last process will add the values to the db and then extract it to go into 2 sets of 3 files each (3 x [url removed, login to view] and 3 x [url removed, login to view]) which must reflect the same data and format. The pdf files are created in "tcpdf" so you need to know how to work with that process of creating pdfs.

Most of the code is written but some not complete as per attached word document. Also attached are two zip files containing the files to be worked on and must be viewed in conjunction with the word document.

Please note that a previous coder bidded to do this work and then realised he could not complete it hence I say "either new code to be written or existing code to be altered" as some work he did and not completed..

To view the process in action view [url removed, login to view] and select the venue (bottom left of screen) named Somerset Guest House.. Click the booking button to start the process and where I need the code to be fixed / added.
