Click to Call me with Tropo

Good morning,

I'm looking for a code able to code a simple "Click to Call me", using Tropo libraries. The idea is simple:

- The user clicks to open a modal window that allows to enter the name, telephone and email.

- The fields will be saved for future reference in a MySQL DB.

- When click to "Call me" it will make a phone call between the user and the company.

- A PHP file will contain the info: tropo api details, company's phone, MySQL connections, and all the required functions for the library commented in english.

If you are able to do the same using a PBX or Twillio libraries please let me know.
