Change and existing Joomla template

Hi, I need someone to replace an existing joomla templates to a new templates. I have already purchased the templates. So all i want is some to install the new templates and give it a new look. I tried it myself but was too complicate for me. I know this will take an hour or so for a joomla expert. I also want to make few text and pictures, logo changes , may be 5-6 changes. That's all.
