Car Rental Portal

A car rental portal with admin backend to add cars, track maintenance, track dollars billed, produce rental contracts, rental final invoices, email certain persons on vehicle status chages... also needs to be able to have reservations - PHP/MYSQL required. open to using Drupal or Joomla as CMS - possible need to be able to have a single user be able to monitor multiple locations. ability to have multiple clients (rental agencies) on one wite but not able to see each others vehicle and data. ## Deliverables exact details on site functionality in PM only. want to avoid non-disclosure agreements but don't want to just put it out there.
