Browser Add-on - repost

Please, read carefully and fully the project description You MUST REFRAIN TO BID if you're NOT 100% knowledgeable and capable of producing this App. ----------------------------------------------- I am a graphic designer that needs someone to create a Mozilla/IE/Chrome Add-on. The budget is about $250. Only bids under the budget will be considered. - The Add-on should create browser customizable opening home pages (up to 6) that have the favorite links of the user. - These "default" pages should probably be in html format and saved saved on the user's C: drive - I have designed all graphic elements involved and created a pdf explaining how it should work/behave. - It must be a very simple experience from the end user side. - It must be compatible with the latest Mozilla/IE versions and code written in a way that minimizes browser update errors. - Check this out for tools: [login to view URL] if needed for Mozilla - Check this out for tools: [login to view URL]%28v=vs.85%[login to view URL] if needed for IE - It is expected that you provide me full access to the files so I can upload them to the proper browser. - Also you must provide support and troubleshooting to this add-on for not less than 3 months from the day of final delivery at no extra cost. - I will provide credit for the person/company who will develop this for me. - Milestones are 25% once I receive the first workable mock-up/review, 75% at full delivery & 100% 30 days after uploading and running the add-on into [login to view URL] or MS IE ______________________________________________________________ - This description is done in good faith and might be missing details that will come up as we work it thru.
