Basic profile builder and search site

Looking for someone to build a website based on my design. It will allow users to build a basic profile for services they are offering to others and then people can search those profiles according to distances. A user/member would have access to a calendar from their home page to track appointments and a contact list section for receiving messages from interested parties. Expandability would be nice in case I want to add more features later.
