Project: Building a new website I am rebranding my company and wanting a property management website built where I can show my landlords and tenants what I do. I am looking for the ability of longterm support after it has been built aswell One important feature is that I have a .dat file that I upload to the website which is extracted from my property management software so the website can show my available properties. So I need a search criteria on the website. Very similar to my current website [login to view URL] I have attached the dat transfer spec that the website will need to cater for. I already have logos designed so dont need logos. Some other features are: It needs to be a fast loading website, easy to navigate and read, i need support after the website has been built Be able to upload pdf’s so potential customers can download pdfs from the website Must be able to view website on internet explorer and Safari The admin to update pages needs to be easy to use.
