The system should be able to provide users with a way to add spans into an existing php based site. Each span will contain one of two content options.
The spans will track their own stats (clicks, show, IPs etc..).
User will define rules to when a span will show content I or content II on the fly.
The content of the spans will change dynamically without reloading the page between the two options for each visitor of the page based on the pre-set parameters.
