Adwords Management Tool

Dear Coders, This has been some time in the pipeline. I'd like to keep a list of all my adwords customers. Keep track of all payments and charge them online for each "top-up", have a report sent to them prior to each top-up and give them the option of editing keywords or their ad also. It will take some intuitive thinking but i have the processes thought about already. In essence, once i have created an adwords campaign for each customer, this tool will help them to re-charge and receive reports from it plus make any basica changes. It will involves taking secure payments online or choosing to pay by direct deposit or cheque for approved customers, that i should be able to nominate. the program will keep track of their budget spend between top-ups in order to calculate when their next top-up is due.
