Advance CMS

We need an advance cms system. This system will generate sub-sites by choosing available 3-4 template sets. Each site will be run on sub-domain. We won't mind creating sub-domain manually. The website content will be fetch from external xml file and template will be populated. Each sub site will have unique xml file but strcuture and format will be same. We will define each page name and urls so use htaccess for seo friendly urls. Unlimited pages can be created for each sub-sites and an option to plus/minus xml content from webpage. For each page we will have an option to put meta details with an option to set priorities for navigation links for each site. For contact us page we will use google api. Map should be displayed either by longi and latitude or address. We will enter some information with link to display when someone click pointer. All pages will be served as static html. Use caching for sections populated from database. THANKS ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform lamp/xml
