Admin system errors and new sections

I have an admin skin that needs a few amends (that the last freelancer failed to do) and also some new parts adding.

I need you to:
1. Make the galleries drag and drop sortable (same as images inside a gallery are).
2. Make uploading of images work on ipad/iphone (currently uses uploadify) which is flash based so you will need to implement uploadifive or another upload component (keeping the same styling as is now in the system).
3. Fix user status being changed to inactive when editing.
4. Add modal box to settings (using same modal as for a user in edit). Only 2 fields in this edit modal box though. You will need to create the php to submit the changes to the DB for these 2 fields. The whole system works on userlevels (only userlevel's 1 and 2 can see and action this).
5. Create all php controls for news add/edit system (fields required can be seen in video when clicking on news / add, categories / add), you will also need to create the edit pages and functions for each of these and the delete functions for each of these! News categories need to be sortable in the list!
6. Add modal box to user profile > edit tab for the logged user. So when clicking edit the modal appears (like when clicking on the logged user edit icon).
7. Make disabled status of checkslider less opacity in CSS and where no ability to delete also less opacity.
8. On page open / refresh make focus 1st field of login / forgot pass / reset pass forms so user doesn't need to click there.
9. When editing a user currently changes the dateadded field in DB, just need to add a dateupdated field instead and ensure this gets changed when updated.
10. Currently changing a users access level ensures they are logged out via the cookie level not matching any longer. Need to also create making changing the user from active to non-active will log them out.
